About the company
Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client a plastic manufacturing company with an excellent international track record based in West Java.
Job Responsibilities
- Budget Control: Ensuring all financial activities remain within approved budgets and are aligned with corporate financial objectives.
- Environmental Management: Supporting the identification and mitigation of environmental risks and opportunities in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
- Occupational Safety & Health: Assisting in the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS) to foster a safe and healthy work environment.
- Product Quality Assurance: Promoting consistent quality monitoring to uphold zero-defect standards and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Emergency Preparedness: Coordinating emergency response systems and procedures and assuming leadership responsibilities during critical situations.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
- Minimum 5 years in taxation and accounting preferably in a Japanese manufacturing environment
- Proficient in SAP systems VAT tax regulations and comprehensive accounting practices
- Strong understanding of GAAP and local tax laws; meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work closely with departments such as Safety Quality and Environmental Management
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams manage deadlines and respond effectively in high-pressure situations
