Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Handling and responding promptly to incoming calls emails and online chats.
- Communicating with customers regarding appointment scheduling appointment changes missed appointments and cancellations.
- Schedule appointments according to scheduling rules.
- Maintaining strong communication skills via email text and google sheets.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Must be bilingual in both English and Spanish
- Must have held a valid drivers license for at least 1 year

- Experience with business software (Email clients Microsoft Office Gmail for businesses).
- Moderate understanding of web browser functions (Know what a URL is how to use multiple browsers at a time understand how cookies work).
- Must be able to type at 45 WPM (no looking at your hands as you type!).
- Polished professional and positive phone and email communication skills.
- Experience in an environment of moderate pressure and capable of making conscientious decisions on the fly.
- Fully written and spoken bilingual strongly preferred.
- Prior relevant hands-on experience with CRM software sales or phone systems is always a bonus.
Schedule:
- This is a full-time position.
- Monday-Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm rotating Saturdays 8:30am - 5:00pm.
- Off Sunday and one weekday.
Compensation:
- $15 per hour with a bonus structure of up to $200 per month.
