Summary: Quadax an award-winning leader in healthcare revenue cycle technology is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Team and help us execute our Product Strategy. As a Senior Product Manager of Emerging Products at Quadax you will drive the strategic vision development and delivery of AI-powered solutions that enhance operational efficiency decision support and client outcomes across our Quadax platform. You will partner cross-functionally with application development data science operational SMEs client success and sales teams to deliver AI-driven products that solve complex challenges for our end user community. Local candidates preferred. If needed Quadax can hire remote employees ONLY in: OH (outside commutable distance) PA MI IN KY WV WI AL TN GA FL TX MO SD SC NE and NC. If within commutable distance schedule is hybrid: 4 days per week onsite after initial 6 months fully onsite. |
Responsibilities: - Own the roadmap for key emerging products aligned with Quadaxs corporate objectives and customer needs in the healthcare revenue cycle ecosystem.
- Translate business problems into actionable product opportunities identifying the most impactful use cases across automation prediction classification and optimization.
- Collaborate with internal experts in data science engineering and operations to define and refine product requirements ensuring clarity of business context and expected outcomes for key initiatives.
- Define product KPIs and success metrics monitor performance post-launch and iterate to improve outcomes through data-driven decisions.
- Champion innovation and adoption helping internal teams and clients understand new product capabilities and the value they deliver.
- Lead user discovery and research efforts to validate problems prototype concepts and gather feedback from clients and end users.
- Own product lifecycle activities including business case development go-to-market planning launch execution and post-release optimization.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration fostering alignment between product engineering analytics and business functions to accelerate time to value.
- Mentor staff across teams and contribute to a culture of innovation and accountability.

Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Data Science Computer Science or related field. Masters a plus.
- 5 years experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle and Product Management/related fields.
- Proven track record of launching and managing successful data driven products.
- Experience in business analysis or in an agile software environment preferred (3 years)
- Travel to client sites as required (<5% Travel is typical)
- Strong technical skills Ability to understand how systems/applications work
- Comfortable speaking in public to small and large groups
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to set and follow priorities and effective time management
