What Youll Do

• Welcome with Heart: Greet every prospective resident with warmth professionalism and genuine care ensuring they feel seen and valued from the moment they walk through the door.
• Lead Inspiring Tours: Showcase thoughtfully designed apartments scenic lake views and amenities that elevate everyday living such as fitness centers and community spaces built for connection.
• Stay Informed: Maintain a strong understanding of Sheboygans rental market local attractions and nearby dining shopping and recreation options to position Harbor Estates as the premier choice.
• Support the Team: Collaborate on marketing initiatives assist with social media content and help plan resident events that strengthen community bonds.
• Handle the Details: Process applications manage leasing documentation and maintain accurate resident records with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Champion Resident Experience: Serve as a friendly reliable point of contact by answering questions resolving concerns and helping residents feel proud to call Harbor Estates home.
