DevOps Lead - Up to 150k THB/ month (Finance/ MNC)
Location: Bangkok (hybrid)
Language: Thai native speaker with Excellent English communication skills

Role:
Youll be working in a dynamic multicultural tech environment and drive the future of application platforms. If you are a hands-on leader and good in modernizing the systems improve automation and lift the teams technical performance then this role could be for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Platforms team setting direction managing planning and delivering results.
- Develop and coach team members - help them grow technically and deliver excellence.
- Design and implement automation pipelines (with Ansible / AAP) to migrate legacy apps into an OpenShift platform.
- Industrialize development activities: reproducible builds DB versioning migrations automated testing and enforcing code quality.
- Improve existing automation to speed up Time-To-Market and increase operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with stakeholders communicate progress and troubleshoot/prevent incidents.
- Support maintain and evolve automation & CI/CD platforms; ensure platforms are reliable up-to-date and resilient.
- Be part of on-call standby (including possible nights/weekends) to manage level-2 issues and critical incidents.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills including but not limited to mentoring technical teams
- Proactive with continuous improvement mindset; discipline in execution and problem solving.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Deep technical strength in:
- Automation tools: Ansible & Ansible Automation Platform
- CI/CD pipeline design implementation and maintenance (traditional & containerized apps)
- Linux (Red Hat) systems
- OpenShift Platform & related APIs
- Ability to understand distributed application architectures: app interactions dependencies and how to streamline them.
- Comfortable balancing long-term strategic improvements with day-to-day operational needs.
- Fluent in English.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 5 years experience in similar roles.
