IAM DevOps Engineer

Were looking for a DevOps Engineer at WIAM team to join us at Telia.

Im Mažvydas Šimkus Head of Workforce Identity & Access Management and Im searching for someone ready to grow with us. Were a supportive forward-thinking team focused on shaping the future of Identity & Access Management by driving secure scalable IAM solutions across Telias enterprise.

What youll do:

As a DevOps Engineer youll assist in the development and maintenance of IAM/IGA infrastructure and services (on premise). You will also:

• Write and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell or Linux shell scripts

• Support database operations for PostgreSQL and MS SQL

• Develop and maintain APIs ( Core) and web applications (Blazor and React)

• Contribute to implementing RBAC and ABAC policies

• Perform routine administration of LDAP and directory services

• Learn/deepen your knowledge of dynamic authorization and Ping Identity tools

What will help you thrive in this role:

You are a proactive learner with strong communication skills and a passion for secure identity solutions. You also have:

• Experience in DevOps software development or IAM-related roles.

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Linux shell scripts.

• Familiarity with LDAP PostgreSQL and MS SQL.

• Understanding of API usage and integration basics.

Advantages: familiarity with Ping Identity products (Ping Directory) dynamic authorization tools (e.g. Axiomatics) and basic knowledge of OAuth2 OIDC or SAML. Also experience working with object-oriented languages such as C# or Java and web application development.
