| Job Purpose | This role oversees BAU product development of all modules of Equipment Leasing with direct responsibility for managing Worksite Marketing initiatives by coordinating with digital marketing and business verticals while also owning content strategy and Figma-based design execution across key customer journeys for the business verticals using the modules. |
| Duties and Responsibilities | day-to-day (BAU) product development activities to ensure timely delivery and quality of features across Lead Management Corporate Leasing and Worksite Marketing journeys. manage Worksite Marketing initiatives by liaising closely with digital marketing teams and relevant business verticals to align strategies and execution. Also this will be used horizontally by other business verticals of BFL and hence would need strong Liaoning with respective Business and COE teams content strategy creation and management across platforms ensuring consistency accuracy and brand alignment. UI/UX design efforts using Figma translating business requirements into intuitive user-centric interfaces. with cross-functional teams including product marketing design and technology to drive seamless execution and continuous improvement. and report on key metrics and outcomes related to Worksite Marketing and product enhancements supporting data-driven decision-making. as a bridge between the National Head and delivery teams ensuring alignment of BAU activities with broader strategic goals. stakeholder expectations and foster strong communication across business units to facilitate smooth operations and issue resolution. key metrics of the integrations and usage to ensure BCP and ensure zero journey frictions as desired by internal or external stakeholders campaign and Communication frame to internal and external stakeholders between all products to all stakeholders will be owned and governed in this role |
