Job Summary

Were working with a leading consultancydelivering amajor 140 million 9-kilometre highway and infrastructure upgradethrough the heart of Dublin. This flagshipActive Travel projectincludes extensive highway improvements upgraded bus lanes and enhanced transport infrastructure aimed at improving connectivity and sustainability across the region.

The Role

AsSenior Quantity Surveyor you will play a key commercial role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of the project. Working closely with the commercial and project teams youll ensure cost efficiency compliance with NEC4 Contract (Option C) and proactive management of project performance and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all commercial and contractual activities for the project.
Administer and manageNEC4 Option Ccontracts ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
Prepare and manageCost Value Reconciliation (CVR)andEarned Value Analysis (EVA)reports.
Manage approximately25 subcontractors including payments variations and performance monitoring.
Overseedownstream subcontract paymentsand ensure contractual compliance
Support forecasting cost control and budget management activities.
Liaise with project teams clients and stakeholders to resolve commercial issues.
Contribute to procurement strategies subcontractor management and change control processes.
Provide commercial insight and reporting to support project delivery.

Requirements

Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent professional qualification.
Proven experience as aSenior QSon majorinfrastructure highways or civil engineeringprojects.
Strong working knowledge ofNEC4 Contracts (Option C essential).
Skilled inEVAandCVR reporting.
Excellent analytical negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic project environment.
