In this role you will actively
- Offer administrative support to our event managers in day-to-day business.
- Support the team during event conception planning and execution.
- Support in the area of budget planning and monitoring.
- Communicate with clients and external suppliers.
- Conduct activities and implementation of new ideas.
- Createpresentations.

WHO YOU ARE
- Enrolled.You are an enrolled student in the fields of event marketing marketing event management hospitality hotel management (Hotelfachfrau/fachmann) or economics ideally with the focus on marketing.
- Communicative.You have good written and spoken English and German skills. You are not afraid to communicate with and present ideas to various stakeholders.
- Hands-on Mentality.Youdo not fear to tackle all kinds of tasks and can act proactively.
- Stress resistant.You are able to work in a high-pressured environment.
- Reliable.You are reliable in every situation and able to work independently.
