• Support the Founders Associate in launching our new advanced manufacturing facility
• Coordinatethesetup of our production site and office incl. cleanroom systems andcriticalinfrastructure
• Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware software and finance teams to align timelines and priorities
• Solveunglamorous but essential tasksfrom ordering to assembling furniture to keep operations running
• Streamline internal operations by supporting IT office upgrades asset tracking and process documentation
• Keep operational timelines on track and proactively identify bottlenecks

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelors orMastersprogram in BusinessEngineering or a related field
• You are a high achiever who thrives in fast-paced environments
• You are collaborative humble and a problem-solverwhospassionate about having impact
• You enjoy taking ownership of hands-on operational tasks andarentafraid to solve practical challenges
• You are available for 1520 hours per week and can work from our Munich office
