About the Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer the Marketing Manager will oversee day-to-day marketing operations across all Tokens brands and companies. This hands-on role combines creative design brand management digital execution and data-driven strategy. Youll collaborate closely with sales and leadership teams to drive growth enhance visibility and ensure consistent brand alignment across channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand & Marketing Management
- Lead marketing strategy and execution for Tokens portfolio of brands.
- Manage trade marketing programs promotional materials and POS assets.
- Ensure compliance with federal and provincial marketing regulations for cannabis and beverage alcohol.
- Digital Marketing & Analytics
- Oversee website content and updates across WordPress and Shopify platforms.
- Manage SEO Google Analytics and paid campaign performance reporting.
- Plan schedule and optimize social media content across all channels.
- Analyze engagement metrics and provide insights to guide strategy.
- Creative & Design
- Develop and execute graphic design projects for packaging digital assets and trade materials.
- Collaborate with partners and printers to ensure production quality and brand consistency.
- Collaboration & Coordination
- Support sales and distribution teams with marketing collateral and retail activation tools.
- Coordinate product launches events and brand initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships freelancers and creative partners when required.
Qualifications
- 35 years of progressive marketing experience ideally within CPG industries.
- Hands-on skills in graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite preferred).
- Experience managing websites on WordPress and Shopify.
- Strong understanding of social media and Google analytics tools.
- Familiarity with cannabis and/or beverage alcohol marketing regulations is a strong asset.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced entrepreneurial environments.
