Air Liquide Home Healthcare Canada is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Business Partner with Talent Development expertise. This individual will join our excellent Human Resources team supporting our Eastern Canada operations.
This is a unique opportunity to act as a true strategic partner provide counsel to our leadership team and be an agent of change that promotes our companys mission and values. You will also play a pivotal role in shaping our talent management strategies organizational development and employee experience initiatives.
- Act as a strategic advisor and provide comprehensive support to managers on projects related to employee relations leadership development performance management and change management.
- Champion our talent by leading talent reviews and succession planning processes to retain top performers and foster professional growth.
- Spearhead the entire talent management cycle from overseeing performance reviews and identifying high-potential employees to implementing career pathing strategies.
- Design and lead cutting-edge training and leadership development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce.
- Drive employee engagement programs and foster our company culture to promote employee retention and well-being.
- Develop and implement key diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a more equitable and inclusive workplace.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends make recommendations for workforce planning and support improved organizational performance.
Are you a MATCH
- A university degree preferably in business with a specialization in Human Resources.
- 8 years of experience in an HR Generalist role including 1-2 years focused on Talent Development and Management.
- Solid knowledge of employment legislation across eastern provinces (the Atlantics and Ontario) employee relations and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment work with autonomy and handle highly confidential information.
- A proactive adaptable nature with the ability to maintain stable performance under pressure.
- Familiarity with the Google Platform is an asset.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems is considered an asset.
