About the Position: An ideal candidate for the Sr. Operations Analyst position will have a strong understanding of operations functions and ideally direct experience with employee benefits products & services. Working in tandem with others in Operations or on cross-functional teams this individual will support all internal and external business operations initiatives. Attention to detail strong organizational skills and experience working with large data sets are critical for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owns data collection and reconciliation efforts to ensure overall data quality. Includes data tracking manual audits managing internal/external communications and follow-ups and interpreting carrier responses in context of business impact.

  • Champion efforts to ensure General Agency Letter of Assignments are processed with carriers for access to data and revenue recognition including internal & external coordination for signatures.

  • Collaborates cross-functionally to support monthly revenue recognition efforts. Includes carrier commission statement tracking and review data aggregation and outreach to carrier for revenue variance.

  • Conducts research and data aggregation efforts in support of internal business operations.

  • Coordinates internally and externally to schedule strategic carrier partner discussions for new macro partnerships and prepares communications to set expectations on partnership.

  • Hosts macro partnership office hours to support broker inquiries and address feedback.

  • Maintains carrier contact lists and shared password vault to support marketing and account management teams.

  • Creates custom carrier and broker partner collateral to include Ancillary Diagnostic presentations sell sheets etc.

  • Assists with data analysis efforts in support of KPIs and other strategic initiatives.

  • Owns execution of highly complex internal and external business operations initiatives with strategic direction from leadership.

  • Identifies continuous improvement opportunities and implements strategies and solutions developed in partnership with leadership.

  • Supports the roll out of a myriad of processes and tools per leadership direction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or higher

  • 3 years experience in operations role direct experience with employee benefits products services and marketplace a strong plus

  • Detail-oriented and follow-through

  • Impeccable organizational skills

  • Effective communicator with proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally

  • Self-starter who excels with minimal oversight or direction

  • Adaptable and capable of balancing competing priorities

  • Strong sense of curiosity and willingness to learn

  • Data-driven and analytical

  • Team-oriented mindset

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with organizational change

Work Location: This is a 100% remote position working in your local time zone. Access to a local office may be available upon request.

Salary Transparency: The expected salary range for this position is $80000-$100000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience and working location as well as the specific positions business line scope and level.
