As a Case Support Worker you will undertake a range of administrative tasks and organize daily priorities which directly support the Assessment and Planning teams in The Orange Door to provide support to adults and their children who are responding to family violence or other challenges in their life
This includes maintaining accurate client records coordinating referrals managing correspondence and assisting with data and reporting.
You will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery by streamlining administrative processes helping to build a comprehensive picture of client circumstances and enabling Case Managers to focus on direct client support.

In addition to your salary of (SCHADS Level 4) super you can access the following.
