Job Summary
Schedule:
Typical M-F 8am-5pm work week with 32 patient facing hours per week.
Call:
Consultative call including weekends (1:2 - 1:3 or equally shared among the provider group) no in house calls no deliveries (unless desired).

Requirements:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree;
Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA OBGYN Residency and Maternal Fetal Medicine Fellowship;
Board Certification or obtain certification within 3 years of employment;
Idaho medical licensure and granting of privileges at SARMC-Boise and SAMC-Nampa;
Valid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy and DEA
