As a nurse tech you will:
- administer medications and/or treatments
- perform delegated nursing or nursing related duties under the direct supervision of a registered nurse
- collect data on patient/resident conditions
- maintain accurate and complete records of nursing care and report significant resident observations and changes in condition to the registered nurse in charge
Required Qualifications:
- current certification as a certified nursing assistant (CNA) in the State of Wisconsin
- successful completion of at least one semester of nursing school
- successful completion of pharmacology
