WHO YOULL WORK WITH
You will work both within the Nike Planning function and across the broader cross-functional organization including partnering closely with Merch Planning S&IP EBP Merchandising Finance GMs and others to deliver top-down financial business pre-season forecast and targets. You will also work across Sport to drive trade-off actionsto drive consumer demand margin and optimize overall consumer and inventory health.

Were looking for a Lead Business Planner to join our Team! As a Senior BusinessPlanner you will play a meaningful role in defining crafting and setting consumerdemand. You will be responsible for defining and leading multi-season revenue receiptand inventory plans for the APLA Brand Impact Sport (BIS) teams to serve consumer demand whileadjusting and aligning to the consumer architecture based on targets and actuals. You can build hypothesis & data driven analysis translating insights into action through problem solving and critical thinking skills. You possess a deep understanding ofconsumer marketplace product and inventory planning with actions that are groundedin qualitative research data and insights to support your view. You are a greatcollaborator who proactively builds positive relationships across the organization withboth upstream and downstream functions. Using your strong financial and commercialacuity you show good judgment in making decisions and problem solving.
- 5 years experience in retail planning and/or product management
- Strong ability to influence & work constructively with others by communicatingeffectively.
- Listens actively and contributes to advance the conversation.
- Outstanding written/verbal communication analytical capabilities and attentionto detail
- Ability to collate and understand relevant market data that integrates andinforms the Business Plan; assessing risk and solving problems to deliverbusiness results
- Strong command of Retail metrics including Retail Sales ST% WOS Inventories (marketplace DC) Revenue and Margin.
- Commercial and entrepreneurial approach
- Bachelors degree in Business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education experience and training

Youll be working with the Sport and broader Business Planning team to define andlead multi-season Business Plans for the APLA Sport Consumer andMarketplace. You will set mid- to long range financial plans based on consumer demandand sport specific strategies as well as reconcile assortment plans with businessplans to align to consumer architecture. Your top-down financial targets will inform franchise/style plans financial forecasts and end-to-end inventory forecastsincluding liquidation plans both within and across Territories and Sport. Youll workacross Sport with Business Planning to reconcile forecasts andcommunicate results & impacts with cross-functional and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead multi-season Business Plan for BIS across APLA territories
- Adjust and align Business Plan to consumer architecture based ontargets and actuals
- Determine (Perform) Territory and Geo Pre-Season top-down financialbusiness targets (Business Plan - Consumer Demand Revenue Margin andInventory) for Geo Territory Gender Channel to inform Franchise/Style plans FinancialForecasts and E2E Inventory Forecasts
- Inform and Influence E2E inventory liquidation plans within and across Channel
- Define location (Territory Sport) consumer demand revenue receipt andinventory plans
- Determine trade-off actions to drive consumer demand Nike and partner margin and optimize overall marketplace inventory health.
