Your challenges.
Position Overview:
The Quality Manager provides leadership and direction for the Quality Department ensuring product and process excellence throughout the organization. This role focuses on driving strategic quality initiatives leading cross-functional problem-solving responsible for maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001 and customer requirements. This role takes ownership of documentation auditing and compliance activities to ensure the organization meets quality Quality Manager partners with internal stakeholders customers and suppliers to strengthen quality performance and champion continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Quality team setting goals and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) through to resolution and ensure effectiveness.
Maintain and update quality documentation procedures and records in compliance with ISO 9001 and company standards.
Analyze quality performance data to identify trends mitigate risks and improve process capability.
Collaborate with suppliers to define quality requirements resolve escalated issues and qualify new vendors.
Manage product release/change control processes.
Mentor train and develop quality staff to build expertise and strengthen organizational capability.
Represent the company as the quality voice in strategic discussions with key customers and partners.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Quality or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or technical quality environment.
Strong knowledge of quality tools (FMEA SPC Six Sigma 5 Whys Fishbone etc.).
Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with regulatory standards (e.g. FDA CE) and customer-facing quality requirements.
Experience with ISO 9001 auditing and quality management systems.
