Job Summary
Initial request for Identifying and understanding new upcoming and Ad hoc resourcing demands as stated by Delivery ManagersEnsuring that we have enough panel support and following up with RM in case we require panelsCoordinating between panels and candidates on the interview schedulesSetting up the interviews as per the availability slots shared by panelsFollowing up on the interview feedback and informing RM TAG Teams on the statusTracking and maintaining the overall resourcing status for the UHG Account to present to Delivery ManagersBGV Drug test initiation for newly allocated resourcesAssigning UHG Internal academy training follow on completionWork on project actual leave trackersCalculate shift allowance for offshore teams and providing it to HR for payroll processingSupport with daily project operations tasksShift time is from 1.30pm - 10.30pm IST to align with US teams
