工作职责:
Main Responsibilities
1 对客户送修附件进行进件验收对验收差异及时记录和报告
To inspect the repairable unit from customer record and report the
discrepancy.
2 在确保安全的条件下完成附件的测试修理大修和改装等工作
To accomplish the test/repair/overhaul/modification for the repairable
unit in safe condition.
3 保证附件修理的质量和周期
To make sure the quality and TAT of repair work.
4 及时正确地填写修理记录及时正确地输入ERP数据
To record the job card/accomplish ERP data correctly and timely.
5 对工具和设备进行保管保养和维护
To manage and do maintenance for the tools and equipment.
6 与OEM进行技术交流
To communicate with OEM technically.
7 对厂房的温/湿度/ESD进行监控
To monitor the temperature/humidity/ESD of workshop.
8 对客服/质量/财务部门提供技术帮助
To provide technical support for Customer Service/Quality/Finance
Department.
9 配合质量部门开发新能力
To cooperate with Quality Department to develop new capabilities
10 对库存器材设定合理的库存计划以保证周期和库存成本
To make plan for material inventory to ensure the TAT and cost.
11 向OEM提供修理月报
To provide the monthly report to OEM.
12 配合质量部门完成内审工作
To cooperate with Quality Department to accomplish i nternal audit .
13 总结整理与生产相关的流程
To summarize the process related to production.
14 部门经理安排的其它工作
To finish the work assigned by department manager
15. 工程评估和库存数量监控
Engineering evaluation and stock quantity monitoring

招聘条件
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
1 正规院校电子专业毕业大学本科或以上学历民航院校毕业者优先
Graduated from normal colleges and majored in electronics bachelor
degree or above graduated from Aviation College is preferred.
2 持有CAAC颁发的民航维修人员执照
CAAC Aviation Maintenance Personnel License
3 CAAC航空英语等级3级或4级
CAAC Aviation English Level 3 or Level 4
4 具备5年以上航空电子附件维修经验具备一定的电路分析和排故能力
With more than 5 years Aviation electronics accessories maintenance
experience with circuit analysis and trouble-shooting ability.
5 具备一定的电路分析和排故能力
With circuit analysis and trouble-shooting ability.
6 英语国家4级或6级证书具有较强的听说读写译的能力
English: CET-4 or CET-6 with strong listening/ speaking/reading/ writing/
translation ability.
7 了解航空法规知识如CCAR145 FAR145 EASA145等
Knowledge of civil aviation regulations like CCAR145/ FAR145/EASA145.
8 熟练掌握电脑操作技能具备一定的电脑网络知识
Familiar with operating computer with a certain knowledge of computer
network.
9 掌握MS OFFICE办公软件的使用具备基础的中英文打字技能
Master MS OFFICE software with basic typing skills in both Chinese and
English
10 身心健康具有很强的责任心良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神
Physical and mental health with strong responsibility good
communication and team-work spirit.
