BECOMING OUR PRICING COORDINATOR - CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST

DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS JOB

Your workweek will be consistent operating a part-time schedule between 7 am-4 pm or 8 am-5 pm Monday through Friday. Youll manage invoices for various jobs ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Your role involves gathering essential project information and handling job costing impacting project success. Youll connect with customers through phone and chat scheduling estimates and providing financing information. Youll record installer and technician times for different projects and manage accounts receivable processing retrofit invoices and rebates. Collaborating with your team youll prepare month-end invoices and handle warranty registrations. Additionally youll process online permit requests and monitor payment arrangements.
