About the Opportunity:

Northwest Talent Solutions is recruiting an accomplished Lead Mammography Technologist on behalf of a nationally recognized healthcare organization located in the heart of Houstons medical district. This is a rare opportunity to combine hands-on clinical excellence with departmental leadership in a patient-centered high-technology imaging environment.

As the Lead Mammo Tech youll guide a skilled team of imaging professionals oversee daily workflow and quality assurance and ensure compassionate accurate diagnostic imaging for patients across a full spectrum of screening and diagnostic mammography services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations for mammography services ensuring imaging quality compliance and patient safety.

• Perform mammographic examinations and maintain technical proficiency across modalities.

• Support and mentor technologists through clinical coaching and performance feedback.

• Collaborate with physicians radiologists and administrative leaders to improve patient experience and operational efficiency.

• Contribute to departmental quality and performance-improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.

• Certified in Basic or Advanced Life Support (BLS or ACLS).

• Current Texas Medical Board license (MRT or MRA).

• ARRT-R and ARRT-M certifications required.

• Prior senior or leadership-level mammography experience in an acute-care or outpatient imaging environment.

• Strong interpersonal communication team-building and mentoring skills.
