Job Summary

Our client a highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its Global Trade & Transportation Team in the New Orleans office.

The ideal candidate will have experience in personal injury insurance defense and/or commercial litigation with additional exposure to motor carrier rail or maritime matters strongly preferred. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional written and oral advocacy skills including experience conducting and defending depositions and appearing regularly in court. First-chair trial experience is preferred.

A Louisiana law license is required. This position is full-time and based in the firms New Orleans office.

The position can range from a senior associate (a minimum of 4 years) with strong courtroom experience to a Counsel to an Income Partner with some portable business. The salary range will fluctuate similarly commensurate with the candidates experience. Please share candidate expectations.
