About the Role:
Were seeking experienced Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Pharmacists who bring deep clinical knowledge precision and compassion to patient care. This position supports a leading healthcare organization committed to excellence in pediatric medicine and evidence-based pharmacy practice.
As a PICU Pharmacist youll play a critical role in clinical decision-making dosing oversight medication safety and multidisciplinary collaboration for some of the most complex pediatric cases.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert pharmacologic guidance for critically ill pediatric patients.

Review verify and compound high-acuity medication orders (TPN antibiotics vasoactive agents etc.).
-
Participate in PICU rounds and contribute to care planning with physicians and nurses.
-
Ensure compliance with USP FDA and Joint Commission standards.
-
Support continuous quality improvement and medication safety initiatives.
Qualifications:

PharmD required; PGY1 residency minimum; PGY2 in Pediatrics or Critical Care strongly preferred.

Current unrestricted U.S. pharmacist license.

2 years of clinical experience in a pediatric or critical care setting.

Strong collaboration and communication skills with medical teams.
