Qualifications

4 to 10 years of full-stack engineering experience in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company

Computer Science degree from a top-tier engineering school

FAANG or startup training strongly preferred

Proven experience leading complex technical projects

Strong frontend (UI) and backend (API and infrastructure) skills

Highly product and user-oriented mindset

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Operates with a founders mindset comfortable in ambiguity and ownership
