Role Full-Stack Engineer

Seniority: 4 to 10 years (Senior to Staff level)
Location: San Francisco or New York (4 days in-office Monday-Thursday)
Compensation:

  • Salary: $190K to $250K

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design and implementation of complex technical products

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to define the technical roadmap and architecture

  • Provide high-quality technical feedback through reviews and blueprints

  • Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and refine features

Qualifications

  • 4 to 10 years of full-stack engineering experience in a fast-growing B2B SaaS company

  • Computer Science degree from a top-tier engineering school

  • FAANG or startup training strongly preferred

  • Proven experience leading complex technical projects

  • Strong frontend (UI) and backend (API and infrastructure) skills

  • Highly product and user-oriented mindset

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Operates with a founders mindset comfortable in ambiguity and ownership
