About the Role
Were hiring a Strategic Analyst to work directly with senior leadership to analyze operations growth and financial data to drive actionable insights across the business. From building Excel models to creating dashboards your work will shape how the company understands performance and opportunity. Youll not only run analyses but also explain what they mean what decisions they inform and drive the follow-up actions.
Youll be working cross-functionally across finance operations product and growth turning complex data into clear recommendations that impact the organizations direction.
What Youll Do
- Own recurring reporting and dashboards writing SQL queries and leveraging BI tools to deliver clear actionable insights that guide decision-making.

Partner closely with the CFO to monitor financial and operational performance highlight risks and opportunities and inform strategic planning.

Collaborate directly with the CEO and Chief Economist to translate complex data into compelling narratives that drive business impact.

Proactively uncover trends anomalies and opportunities in data to improve performance across the organization.

Tackle ad hoc analyses and high-priority strategic projects across multiple business areas.

Ensure insights translate into measurable outcomes and continuous business improvements.
Who You Are

Experience: 1 to 4 years at a Tier 1 Investment Bank or MBB Consulting firm.

Background: Thrived in highly analytical or fast-paced environments demonstrating strong performance and quick advancement.

Education: Economics or other quantitative degree from a top 30 university with an exceptional GPA or merit-based scholarships.

Industry Experience: Prior healthcare experience is a slight plus but not required.
