Are you an engineer who thrives on turning ideas into real products that make a difference in peoples lives Our client a global leader in neurodiagnostic and neuromonitoring solutions is seeking an experienced Product Engineer to lead the design and development of both durable and disposable medical devices taking concepts from initial sketch to full-scale production.

The Opportunity

As a Product Engineer youll bridge creative problem-solving with technical precision driving the entire product lifecycle from concept development to market launch. Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design prototype test and validate next-generation medical devices that meet stringent industry standards while improving patient outcomes around the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead new product development projects from concept through commercialization

  • Develop functional prototypes and lead material and design feasibility testing

  • Partner with manufacturing operations and quality teams to ensure seamless production handoffs

  • Maintain detailed design documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards (e.g. ISO 13485 ISO 14971 FDA ASTM)

  • Utilize CAD tools (such as SolidWorks) and design control practices to produce precise manufacturable designs

  • Drive innovation through hands-on engineering and a strong understanding of the end users needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical or Biomedical Engineering (or related discipline)

  • Minimum of 3 years in product design R&D or manufacturing engineering preferably in the medical device field

  • Proficiency in SolidWorks and experience working within regulated design environments

  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects solve complex technical challenges and deliver results on time

  • A collaborative mindset and passion for creating products that make a real-world impact
