Position Description: Applies sonography safely to patients for diagnostic purposes upon the request of a physician. Also works under the supervision of the interpreting physicians for cardiac sonography.

Education and/or Experience

Completion of an accredited cardiac sonography program
Two years previous experience in adult transthoracic stress (exercise) transesophageal (TEE) cardiac ultrasound preferred
Hospital setting preferred with EPIC
Credentialed or eligible for credentialing through American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI). Must be credentialed within one year of hire date
Current BLS & ACLS preferred
Two to five years of experienced as registered tech preferred

Schedule: 1.0 FTE; Full-Time/Day Shift (Mon Tues Thurs Fri; 0700-1730)
