Job Title:Warehouse Logistics Specialist
Location:Grapevine TX

Position Summary:
The Warehouse Logistics Specialistis responsible fortheaccurateand efficient movement of aerospace components materials and finished goods through the warehouse. This position ensures inventory integrity compliance with aerospace standards andtimelysupport to production and customer requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of accuracy and safety in an aerospace manufacturing setting.
Receive inspect and verify incoming shipments and aerospace componentsin accordance withcompany procedures and quality standards.
Coordinate material movement betweenwarehouse production and shipping/receiving areas.
Accuratelymaintaininventory records through the ERP system ensuring data integrity and real-time updates.
Package label and prepare shipments in compliance withaerospaceindustry and customer specifications.
Conduct regular cycle counts and support full physical inventory activities.
Ensure all warehouse activities meet safety regulatory and FAA compliance standards.
Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and efficient manner.
Collaborate with purchasing planning and quality departments to resolve material discrepancies and support production schedules.
Maintain a clean organized and hazard-free work environment.
Assistwithlogisticscoordination including freight quotes shipment tracking and delivery scheduling.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalentrequired;Associatesdegree preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse orlogisticsrole preferably within aerospace or a regulated manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of aerospace parts handling packaging and traceabilityrequirementsa plus.
Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook Word).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability tolift upto 50lbsand stand/walk for extended periods.
Valid forklift certificationpreferred.
Climate-controlled warehouse environment.
Must adhere to strict safety and regulatory standards.
