Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our client base in the recruitment industry. This role involves identifying new business opportunities building strong client relationships and developing strategic partnerships to enhance our market presence. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with a deep understanding of recruitment services excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting businesses with top talent.
Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking cold calling and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their hiring needs and business goals.
- Conduct client meetings presentations and negotiations to secure new contracts.
- Ensure high client satisfaction by providing excellent service and regular follow-ups.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting recruitment solutions to potential clients.
- Develop tailored proposals and pricing strategies to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports on business growth.
Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the companys market share.
- Participate in industry events networking activities and business forums to enhance brand visibility.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with recruiters to ensure alignment between client requirements and candidate sourcing.
- Provide feedback to the recruitment team on client expectations and hiring trends.
- Contribute to the improvement of service offerings based on market insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing HR or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in business development sales or client management (preferably in recruitment HR or staffing).
- Native Thai language and Strong English communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Understanding of recruitment services hiring trends and talent acquisition strategies.
- Self-motivated target-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
