The Position

TheGlobal Digital Hubhas been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management Brand Support Digital Publishing Services Marketing Automation Copywriting and Creative Design.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for an upbeat dynamic innovative and creative individual who is highly involved and very passionate about Digital Marketing and Project aDigital Campaign Internyou will be responsible for supporting our Delivery Managers to deliver on campaign objectives for various affiliates globally. You will be at the forefront of our project deliveries and the work youll do will directly impact the way affiliates will interact with our this position you will be focusing on:

• Assisting in project managing various digital campaigns to enhance customer satisfaction during asset delivery operations through the DIA Content Lab

• Managingupdates of marketing materials in a timely manner in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders depending on the updates requestors (from the affiliates)

• Managingtickets within our project manager system coordinating the organization of source files and asset managements for seamless identification and reuse within our global network.

• Staying curious open-minded and always willing to do more.

Whoyou are:

• You haveongoing studies at any Hungarian University/college

• You are available at least20-25 hours per week

• You are passionate about project management

• Youre organized detail-oriented self-motivated with the ability to easily transition between multiple tasks and problem solve thoughtfully

• You have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills

• You are a quick learner proactive flexible and curious with an an innovative mind

• You are a strong team player with ability to work in a virtual team environment

• English proficiencyis a must. Any other language is a big plus.
