Candidate Description
As a Senior UX Designer you bring deep expertise in visual and interaction design while also excelling in strategic problem-solving through service design and collaborative this individual contributor role you serve as a trusted design partner: elevating UI craft shaping scalable design systems and orchestrating cross-functional alignment to deliver cohesive user-centred experiences across digital platforms. You translate product and user requirements into high-fidelity production-ready designs that balance visual excellence with functional precision ensuring every interaction is intuitive accessible and grounded in best practices for responsive component-based systems.
Equally strong in strategy you facilitate dynamic workshops that uncover user insights align stakeholders around a shared vision and drive clarity in complex problem spaces. With expertise in mapping end-to-end user journeys and identifying opportunities for improvement across every touchpoint you connect creative innovation with business objectives to deliver solutions that are both impactful and scalable. You collaborate closely with engineers to maintain design fidelity through implementation and with product teams to ensure that UX and business goals remain alignedcontinuously refining your work through critique feedback and testing to deliver lasting value.

Our global UX organization consists of over 100 professionals in design research education and operations. We value collaboration curiosity and continuous growth both as individuals and as a team. Closer to home youll be part of a group of 4 passionate UX professionals who work closely with our product and engineering partners.
The Digital team designs and refines the digital channels within the Workspace covering chat messaging email and social to help agents manage customer interactions across platforms. They focus on improving usability consistency and integration within these workflows. Their goal is to make digital engagement easier for agents and more coherent across touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Workshop Facilitation & Collaborative Ideation: Lead interactive design workshops and co-creation sessions with stakeholders enabling teams to collaboratively define problems explore solutions and build consensus on design directions. Utilize structured facilitation techniques to drive productive conversations foster creative thinking and ensure that diverse perspectives are heard and integrated.
Define and operationalize strategic UX artefacts Establish artefacts that support cross-functional alignment such as experience principles user journey frameworks ecosystem maps and governance models. Ensure these artefacts drive consistency efficiency and scalability while enabling teams to make informed strategic UX decisions.
Service Design Excellence: Develop comprehensive service blueprints and customer journey maps that capture the end-to-end user experience highlighting opportunities for service improvements and innovation. Integrate service design principles into the design process ensuring that both digital and physical touchpoints work together seamlessly to enhance the overall customer/user experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication: Partner with product managers engineers and business leaders to drive alignment and integrate design strategy into product roadmaps and development processes. Clearly articulate design concepts and strategic insights through engaging presentations and visual storytelling influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Autonomy & Continuous Improvement: Thrive in fast-paced iterative environments by balancing independent work with collaborative engagements maintaining a high standard of design excellence throughout each project. Stay abreast of emerging trends in workshop facilitation service design and design strategy continually refining your skills and sharing best practices with the team.
Qualifications
Experience: 4 years of proven experience designing software applications for a global audience with a robust focus on crafting design strategies and creating comprehensive service design frameworks. Demonstrated expertise in applying interaction design processes and methodologies across desktop and mobile platforms including the development of detailed service blueprints and customer journey maps that drive cohesive and strategic user experiences.
Workshop Facilitation & Collaboration: Proven ability to lead and facilitate engaging design workshops and collaborative ideation sessions that drive innovative product and service solutions and align stakeholders. Thrives in fast-paced work environments requiring independent self-direction as well as strong team collaboration and open communication.
Strategic & Proactive Mindset: Demonstrated proactive approach and ownership in producing positive impactful results that align with business objectives and user needs. Ability to contribute as a valued team member and effectively communicate with leaders at all organizational levels.
Professional Communication & Presentation: Exceptional presentation skills capable of articulating design strategy workshop outcomes and service design concepts to both internal and external stakeholders.
Analytical Skills: Ability to leverage data and user insights to make informed design decisions ensuring that solutions are both innovative and effective.
Education: Bachelors or masters degree in design Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) Interaction Design or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Experience
Experience in designing for enterprise-level applications services or platforms (specifically support or call centers).
