The Mackenzie Sales Enablement team is accepting applications for the position of Senior Analyst Sales Experience & CE based in Toronto Ontario. The position reports to the Manager Sales Practices and Compliance.

Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative professional to join our Sales Enablement team as a Senior Analyst Sales Experience & CE. This role is pivotal in managing the event approval process for regional and territory events and overseeing the Retail CE Credit application and maintenance processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our Retail business remains compliant with regulatory requirements minimizing risk and supporting our sales teams effectively.

This role offers an opportunity to collaborate across departments including Compliance Retail Sales National Accounts Marketing Learning & Development and Sales Experienceand to be a key liaison with CE Corner and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Event Approval Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end approval process for regional and territory events in Salesforce.
  • Provide support to Sales teams with pre- and post-event submissions to Compliance ensuring all documentation aligns with NI 81-105 OSC regulatory requirements for conferences and adheres to approved sales practices.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with Sales teams and Compliance.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for event-related compliance inquiries and provide timely support to Sales teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales Experience to troubleshoot and enhance the automated event approval workflow.

CE Credit Process Management

  • Submit new content for CE accreditation via CE Corner to all applicable governing bodies.
  • Partner with National Accounts Tax & Estate Marketing and Product teams to ensure relevant content is accredited and maintained on the Mackenzie CE Centre.
  • Issue CE certifications to advisors and manage advisor attendance records.
  • Maintain relationships with CE Corner representatives and monitor platform usage to ensure license compliance.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for CE Credit inquiries and provide timely support to Sales teams Advisors and other business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with CRM teams to ensure Salesforce and CE Corner data feeds are functioning properly.
  • Update CE Corner user manuals Seismic and maintain logs of accredited content and events.

Sales Team Support & Training

  • Deliver onboarding training for new associates on CE and event approval processes.
  • Partner with Learning & Development to enhance support and training materials.
  • Create and maintain process documentation to support Sales teams.

Process Improvement

  • Support the Manager Sales Practices and Compliance on strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements and digitization efforts to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
