THE POSITION: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated MEP (Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing) Equipment Deployment Coordinator to support the planning logistics and documentation of equipment deployment activities across large-scale data center projects. This role is critical in maintaining organization communication and execution efficiency for mission-critical MEP systems throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate is an emerging professional eager to build a strong technical foundation in data center infrastructure while learning from experienced engineers and project managers in a fast-paced environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Coordination & Support - Assist in the scheduling tracking and documentation of MEP equipment delivery installation and testing.
- Maintain and update project documentation including equipment lists delivery logs submittals and test reports.
- Support procurement and logistics teams by coordinating vendor communications and shipment schedules.
- Participate in project meetings to capture action items and ensure follow-up completion.
Technical & Administrative Support - Support review of shop drawings submittals and method statements for mechanical and electrical systems.
- Maintain shared project documentation platforms to ensure all stakeholders have access to current information.
- Track equipment inventory and verify conformance with design specifications and project standards.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management updates and stakeholder reviews.
Quality & Safety - Support quality assurance and control processes by ensuring documentation accuracy and timely review cycles.
- Promote adherence to safety and environmental policies on project sites and during equipment handling.
- Participate in learning sessions related to equipment testing commissioning and site procedures.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with MEP engineers project managers contractors and vendors to maintain project alignment.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the MEP Deployment Manager and project leadership teams.
- Facilitate effective communication across internal departments to support schedule and budget goals.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: - Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical or Industrial Engineering Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 12 years of experience in engineering coordination construction project support or related technical field.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet Procore Bluebeam).
- Interest in developing a career in mission-critical data center infrastructure.

- Travel: Occasional travel may be required up to 10%
- Compensation: $115000 $125000/year bonus eligibility
