Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a high-volume book of middle-market commercial accounts ensuring exceptional service and maintaining strong client relationships. The position is hybrid requiring three days in the office and offers a competitive compensation package.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $80000 - $120000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
- 401(k) Plan: Available.

Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume book of middle-market commercial accounts.
- Handle renewals service requests claims billing and new policies.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends underwriting guidelines and submission procedures.
- Review applications policies endorsements and audits for accuracy.
- Coordinate expiration lists with the department manager to obtain renewal business information.
- Utilize agency management software (Applied/Epic or similar) to manage accounts efficiently.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of Commercial Account Management experience required.
- Licenses: Property & Casualty License required.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Applied/Epic or similar agency management software preferred.
- Other Requirements: Valid drivers license and insurance.
