Job Summary
Gwinnett Place Nissan is a leader in automotive retail sales and finance. We are currently looking to add a highly qualified New Car Manager to our growing and high-profile location in Duluth GA. Current/Previous Nissan experience is highly preferred and familiarity with Automotive Mastermind or Service Equity Mining is a Plus!

Responsibilities:
Hire train and develop a team of automotive salespeople
Train standard methodologies for structuring andclosing new and used car deals.
Provide mentorship to all sales associates toimprove sales performance
Set sales goals track progress and lead team to achieve and exceed company sales expectancy and market penetration
Advise sales associates and customers onall products available forpurchase
Overcome objections close sales and perform all other steps of the sales and desking process in compliance with company standards
Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
Manage inventory of new vehicles
- Familiarity with Automotive Mastermind or Equity Mining is a plus!
Qualifications:
Successful experiencein automotive sales management
High energy and motivational leader
A strong work ethic with the ability to lead a team of sales professionals
Strong organizational skills
Broad knowledgeofdealership sales operations
Results-driven energeticand self-motivated
Used car appraising experience a PLUS
Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
High School Diploma/ GED required. College degree a PLUS
