THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a dedicated IT Asset Disposal (ITAD) Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and support the secure compliant handling of electronic equipment. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate receiving processing tracking and shipping of IT assets with strict adherence to data security and environmental addition the role contributes to business development by fostering strong client relationships.


As a leader of the warehouse processing team the Warehouse Manager cultivates a culture of safety efficiency and accountability. This position also collaborates closely with our Logistics Manager to provide on-site oversight of warehouse-based drivers manage fleet maintenance and uphold safety protocols.


This is a hands-on role within a small dynamic team with opportunities to support our operations across Arizona California Tennessee and Texasexpanding our reach and community impact.


Driving responsibilities may be required. Depending on business needs the role may involve local or occasional regional pickups of decommissioned IT equipment using a 26 box truck either in support of a logistics team member or independently. Overnight travel may be required if supporting a regional pickup.


For any overnight travel you will receive a per diem allowance.

Final Details:

  • Reports to: This position reports to the Director of Warehouse Operations
  • Compensation: $85000 - $95000/Yearly - DOE
  • Schedule: While most workdays will follow a typical schedule of Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM flexibility is essential. You should expect the majority of days to run on regular hours whether youre at the warehouse or out on a pick-up. However there will be timesespecially during client pick-upswhen the day may run longer and we need someone who can stay and see the job through when necessary.
