About the Role

As a Learning & Development Specialist you will play a pivotal role in supporting the companys growth by enhancing the knowledge skills and engagement of its employees. Youll design coordinate and deliver impactful learning programs that empower team members to excel in their roles and strengthen the organizations overall capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support learning and development initiatives through effective planning coordination and implementation.

• Coordinate and deliver engaging e-learning and in-person training sessions and events.

• Develop and maintain learning materials guides and FAQs to support training programs.

• Assist with various training initiatives including new hire orientation software refreshers and skill development workshops.

• Play an integral role in onboarding new branches and ensuring seamless integration into company culture and processes.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify training needs and continuously improve the learning experience.

Qualifications

• Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS).

• Insurance industry knowledge and experience are required.

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint Excel).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated customer service orientation and commitment to a positive learner experience.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

• Understanding of training techniques learning theories and adult education principles.

• A proactive collaborative team player who also works effectively independently.
