Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable and detail-orientedWarehouse DockWindow Clerkto support shipping and receiving operations in Chicago IL. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment assisting drivers and ensuring accurate documentation for every load.

Position:Traffic Window Clerk 2nd Shift

Shift/Hours:Monday-Friday 12:30 PM 9:00 PM (Training on 1st Shift)

Pay Rate:$19.00 per hour

Job Duties:

Manage the traffic window ensuring all truck drivers receive proper documentation during check-in and check-out for their loads.
Provide accurate and timely communication with drivers and internal staff.
Maintain records and support documentation processes.
Utilize Microsoft Excel Teams and Outlook for daily tasks.

Requirements:

Previous experience in Warehouse or trucking Traffic Window experience a plus.
Basic knowledge and experience with Excel Teams and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with truck drivers and staff.
