About the company
Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client a food and beverage manufacturer company that exists in over 100 countries.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve sales targets
- Identify prioritize and execute against accounts/prospects articulated in the sales plan
- Understand customer needs and create value-added product solutions
- Sales management includes distributors wholesalers brokers and end-user management
- Adjust product and solution usage to grow account volume and profitability
- Use solution sales to expand product mix and volume
- Develop and expand a new customer base
- Leverages peer relationships and knowledge to identify and secure new accounts to achieve overall new business goals and objectives
- Assist with product launches
- Demonstration of product use and application (recipes ingredient mixes decorations etc.)
- Carrying out promotional activities to increase sales volume
- Address customer issues with empathy
- Resolve customer complaints and problems
- Help coordinate relationships between distributors & wholesalers/outlets
- Expected to travel to other cities including Timika Sorong and Merauke.
Job Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma Bachelors Degree with a major in Culinary Management/Food & Beverage Management/similar.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the same field or background.
- Welcome applicants from diverse professional backgrounds includingbut not limited toculinary arts pastry and bakery sectors.
- Preference will be given to candidates who are currently based in Papua and possess a strong understanding of the local market dynamics consumer behaviour and business environment.
- Familiarity with regional practices and community engagement is considered a valuable asset.
- Required to use your own vehicle.
- Reside in the particular area mentioned above.
