POSITION SUMMARY:
Dubois Chemicals is a growing company with global operations and significant merger & acquisition activity. Our North America Accounting Team is looking for a Staff Accountant specializing in reconciliation of Accounts Payable and goods receipts to join our team for a 6-month Full-Time Temporary assignment.
This individuals responsibilities will focus on reconciling aged GRNI (Goods Received Not Invoiced) open POs.
To be successful in this Temporary assignment requires a strong grasp of accounting principles and organizational skills; but what were really looking for is someone that is process oriented enjoys fixing things and likes working with data. Were looking for someone who enjoys and can successfully dig into the cause of why a PO is still open and work with the Accounting team to ensure appropriate closure steps are completed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
2-5 years of accounting experience
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Understanding of 3-way match
ERP system experience
Microsoft Office software
Working knowledge of GAAP
Strong analytical skills & ability to work with large data sets
Good problem-solving and time management skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Candidates should live within reasonable daily commuting distance of our Corporate Office located in Sharonville OH
