| Position Summary: | The University of Dayton School of Law invites applications for a tenure-track position in Constitutional Law to begin August 16 2026. The position is open to appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor Associate Professor or Full Professor with tenure depending on qualifications and experience. The successful candidate will also be considered for up to a four-year term as the Deans Professor of Constitutional Law with the possibility of renewal. Determination of tenurability and rank will be evaluated based on the faculty members established record as a thorough and competent classroom teacher plans for advancing their classroom teaching the established record of well-researched wellwritten and thoughtful scholarship and nature of their future scholarly endeavor(s) performance of service obligations in a satisfactory fashion and in undertaking additional service obligations for the University and/or the legal profession.
