The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential sales a proven ability to generate business and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service. What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Register and qualify new buyers arranging and conducting property viewings.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads.
• Maintain regular communication with clients ensuring a smooth sales process.
• Support the branch in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service at every stage of the transaction.

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential property sales essential.
• Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service focus and professional manner.
• Self-motivated ambitious and results-driven.
• Good knowledge of Great Dunmow and surrounding areas desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Positive proactive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
