Job Summary
Job Title: AZ Local Driver
Location: Windsor ON
Hourly Rate: $23/HR
Overtime: After 44 hours

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a manual (18-speed) AZ truck to transport alcohol locally
- Ensure compliance with highway regulations Dangerous Goods requirements and contract policies
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns
- Follow delivery schedules and ensure timely and accurate drop-offs
- Load and unload cargo as required ensuring proper handling of alcohol and hazardous materials
- Maintain accurate records of routes fuel usage and delivery times
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team members and management regarding deliveries delays or issues
- Adhere to all safety policies and emergency protocols including those for alcohol and Dangerous Goods Transportation
Requirements:
- 3 years of AZ driving experience
- Valid AZ drivers license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to drive manual transmission (18-speed)
- Must be able to haul alcohol
- Dangerous Goods certification required
- Must be able to work overtime two days a week
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards
- Ability to read and understand road maps and navigate different routes
