Our Engagement and Change Advisory practice works with clients across a range of sectors to solve complex challenges through industry-leading services across one or more of our three core pillars of communication & stakeholder engagement social value and transformation & change management services.

How will your ideas contribute to shaping whats next

As a key member of our Engagement and Change Advisory team youll be a trusted partner to a diverse range of government and private infrastructure organisations delving deep into their challenges to co-create solutions that help shape the future. Youll communicate the value of a wide range of critical infrastructure projects connect with diverse stakeholder groups and support the change that underpins the success of Australias infrastructure projects and organisations from water and transport through to energy resources and defence.

Here are the key things youll do:

• Work in a dedicated Sydney-based team across a variety of projects and sectors. Collectively our team has worked across transport water government mining and energy and defence with a focus on complex and strategic infrastructure projects.

• Partner with our clients to provide advisory and consulting services for projects where social outcomes and community impact are front of mind.

• Exercise outstanding interpersonal skills to develop relationships with a wide range of clients and critical internal and external stakeholders.

• Support a pipeline of future opportunities contribute to business development and proposals.

• Help to grow our capability as part of our broader Advisory offering

What are we looking for from you

Alongside your industry experience in similar management consulting strategic communications and engagement research or equivalent roles youll also have:

• Proven experience across the different phases of a projects life cycle ideally complex or major infrastructure related but not essential.

• Strong communication engagement problem solving and presentation skills.

• A demonstrated ability to foster and evolve client and stakeholder relationships.

• Experience leading and developing team members to embed a high-performance culture.

• Relevant tertiary education that demonstrates an ability with written and verbal communication and a commitment to a relevant discipline in business management communications psychology science law or other relevant field.
