Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial
Draft pleadings motions discovery and trial documents
Take and defend depositions; attend mediations hearings and trials when needed
Negotiate settlements and maintain professional communication with clients and opposing counsel
Collaborate closely with team members to ensure efficient quality results for every client

What You Bring

Active California Bar License in good standing
Background in personal injury or civil litigation (plaintiff or defense)
Strong written and verbal advocacy skills
Personable team-oriented attitude with a client-first mindset
Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
