Position Overview
As a Small Commercial Superintendent you will oversee all aspects of small commercial electrical projects ensuring they are completed safely efficiently and to the highest standards. Youll be the bridge between the field and project management leading foremen and electricians building strong client relationships and driving Streibs values through your leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead small commercial electrical projects from planning through closeout
- Manage on-site field teams including electricians and foremen
- Ensure all work meets safety quality and code standards
- Coordinate scheduling materials and manpower to keep projects on track
- Act as the point of contact for clients vendors and internal teams
- Foster a culture of accountability positivity and growth on every job site
- Provide coaching mentorship and performance feedback to field team members
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership or superintendent role
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
- OSHA 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- High-energy organized and solutions-driven with a positive mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively with field and office teams
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between sites if needed
Work Schedule
Full-time MondayFriday
Occasional weekend work may be required depending on project timelines
