You will support our customers onboarding journey and growth. You will be responsible foridentifyingkeyrevenueopportunitiesandprovidingoptimalcustomerexperience.You will alsoplay an activeroleindevelopingvarious customersegmentsby identifyingemergingbusinesses and value propositions that address client needs.

What youll do:
SupportnewSMBcustomersontheirPayoneeronboardingjourney:
- Using CRM tools such as Salesforce Salesloft Marketo to drive KYC approvals for our new customers providing phone/email/WhatsAppsupport for customer KYC approval.
- Scalableemailcommunicationwithnewaccountswhilecollaboratingwithoperationsteams
- Troubleshootingoperationalandpaymentissuesfornewcustomerswiththeirfirsttransaction.
ProvidingleadqualificationsupporttoInsideSalesteamsacrossdifferentverticalstodrivenew business growth
Workingcloselywithoure-commercecustomersfromAmazonShopeeeBayandothersfora seamless onboarding experience
Analysecustomertrendsanduserbehaviourtoidentifyopportunitiesforscalableoutreachand execute test-and-learn projects.
Collaboratingwith cross-functionalteamssuchasMarketingPartnerships andOperationstosupportnew seller acquisition initiatives for marketplaces
Coordinateandfacilitateco-hostedeventsworkshops andseminarswithpartnersandmarketplace platforms including guest invitations follow-ups and other logistical matters.

Who you are:
Bachelorsdegreeholderorcurrentbachelorsdegreestudent
1-3yearsofexperienceengagingwithB2Bcustomersviaphonecallsemailsandotherdigitalmedia. SMB sales/service experience is a huge advantage.
Abilitytomultitaskandstayontracktodeliveragainstdeadlines
BasicknowledgeofMicrosoftOffice ExcelWordPowerPoint.
FluencyinEnglishand Hindi. Fluency in one other South Asian language is an advantage.
