Job Summary
Identify and secure new partnership opportunities across key sectors like banks telecoms and lifestyle brands while managing and growing existing partner relationships.
Collaborate closely with internal teams like marketing finance and regional partnerships to align partnership strategies and ensure smooth execution across all touchpoints.
Lead negotiation and deal structuring to secure the best terms ensuring both commercial value and long-term partner satisfaction.
Track analyze and report on partnership performance using insights to optimize deals improve partner ROI and drive continuous growth.
Stay on top of market trends and competitor activities to proactively recommend new ideas initiatives or innovations that strengthen the companys partnership portfolio.
Qualifications :
A Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
A collaborative mindset and a strong team player with a passion for sharing ideas and contributing to group success.
Proven ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
Prior experience in FMCG or retail sectors is highly desirable with a solid understanding of industry demands and best practices.
