Job Summary
We re hiring on behalf of e& Egypt for the role of High Value & Young Advisor (Arabic Account). This is an on-site position where you ll deliver tailored support to high-value and youth segment customers ensuring fast accurate and professional service via voice and digital channels.
Handle incoming customer inquiries from high-value and youth segments
Resolve issues promptly using internal tools and escalation protocols
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Deliver support across voice email or chat as needed
Meet key performance and quality targets
Requirements
Fluent in Arabic
A2 English level or above
University graduate (students not eligible)
Ability to work from Smart Village office
Flexible with rotational shifts (latest shift ends 9 PM for females 3 AM for males)
Willing to work rotational days off
Fresh graduates are welcome
Benefits
Basic Salary: EGP 5400
KPI Bonus: EGP 1350 (gross)
Total Package: EGP 6750 (gross)
